Mark Sargeant

Mark has over 20 years of private equity and European M&A experience.

Prior to joining Volpi, Mark was a Partner at Phoenix Equity Partners where he led the firm’s investment activities in the data and digital media sectors. Mark was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, sat on several portfolio company Boards, and has worked with management teams across a range of different sectors. Prior to that, he worked in the European TMT M&A team at UBS.

Mark has a BSc in Management Science from the University of Manchester, and was born and raised in the UK.
