London, 04 November 2019: Volpi Capital (“Volpi”), a specialist European lower mid-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Eszter Sánta to its investment team. Eszter’s appointment takes Volpi’s total headcount to 12, including nine investment professionals.
Working as part of Volpi’s investment team, Eszter will help source and execute deals across Europe. In addition, she will also work with current and prospective portfolio company management teams to help them realise their growth objectives.
Eszter, whose background includes private equity and consulting, joins with experience at Hg and C5 Capital, where she was involved in investments in business software and technology infrastructure companies. Prior to this, she worked at McKinsey, advising banks on their digital transformations in Western and Northern Europe.
Eszter is Hungarian – taking Volpi’s spread of nationalities to nine – and holds an MBA from INSEAD, having graduated on the Dean’s List. She also holds a first-class master’s degree in Finance from the Corvinus University of Budapest.
